Smart technologies offer a faster, more efficient solution by optimising energy use, enhancing comfort, and improving overall performance. This is where the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) comes into play, providing a clear framework to make buildings smarter and more sustainable.
The SRI-ENACT project is hosting a five-part webinar series to provide a comprehensive understanding of the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI)—from its foundational concepts to real-world building assessments.
In this fifth and final episode, we aim to give you a broader perspective on the SRI, explaining how it complements Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), its connection to minimum Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) requirements, and its role in renovation strategies. Additionally, we will hear building owners perspectives on how they perceive the value of the SRI and the opportunities it offers for property owners and investors.
